customer service does NOT end once you have paid for the item, like so many
other companies do. We are more than happy to assist our customers any we

Environmental Policy
At
Forttex we strongly believe in trading responsibly in anyway we can. We
apply this value to everything we do including our environment and waste
policy. Due to our well thought out working practises we do not
generate a lot of waste anyway but the little we do create, as much as
possible is recycled through local recycling centres and initiatives. Where
possible we source and use recycled packaging materials from sustainable
sources.
Returns
Please contact us first before making any returns claims. We
hope that you will be completely satisfied with your purchase. We undertake
a quality control program to ensure our products are of the highest standard
possible. In the event you have a faulty or damaged item we will be happy to
exchange it provided you notify us within 7 days of you receiving your
order. We normally require the item to be returned to us for testing in its
original packaging including any accessories and instructions that were
supplied. We will also require the item to be in the same condition you
received it in. If the item was found to be faulty we will also refund your
return postage costs up to the maximum of Royal Mail 1st Class
Recorded Delivery. If the item is not found to be faulty then we would
require an addition payment to cover the returned P&P costs.
If you find your purchase to be different from our description then we will
happily refund the full cost.
If on receiving your order you no longer require the items please notify us
within 7 days. You will be required to return the goods back to us in the
same mint condition that they were received in including all original
packaging, accessories and instructions that were supplied. Once we have
received the item we will then be able to refund you the items costs
excluding any of the postage costs.
