Keeping your tanks water temperature at the proper levels can be tricky. With so many different pieces of equipment being used in or around an aquarium they can all add to the overall water temperature. Good lighting and extra filtration can all send the temperature over what your animals can withstand and cause unnecessary stress.

Our range of efficient cooling fans have been designed especially to help solve overheating problems by lowering the water temperature.

They are so effective at doing this they will easily and quickly lower the temperature by up to 4c.

Chillers were once seen as the only way to help reduce the water temperature in aquariums, but not anymore.

Our range of cooling fans have been designed with a strong adjustable clamp at each side of a row of fans. Simply clip the fans to the side of a tank or onto the hood and direct the airflow onto the surface of the water.

Each individual fan has a spin speed of 2800 RPM which will supply enough cool air to help remove heat from the water surface, which will quickly cool down the water temperature.

We have successfully used this range of cooling fans on our own tanks with great results.

They have been manufactured with sturdy and robust plastic cases so they will not rust, making them suitable for both fresh or salt water aquariums. Each fan has a strong plastic safety guard covering both sides of the fan for added safety. The strong adjustable clamps will secure the fans easily and quickly into position.

Simply install the fans, aim at the water surface, plug in the 3 pin UK plug transformed which comes with the fan and switch on.

You can use more than 1 fan on a tank it you wish to increase the cooling power. We stock 3 different models:

• 2 fans, 4 fans and a 6 fan models

Any one of our fans will help reduce the water temperature but we recommend the following models.

• Up to 80 Litre Tanks: 2 fan Model
• 80 to 160 Litre tanks: 4 Fan Model
• 160 to 240 Litre tanks: 6 Fan Model
