The Digital ATC-210 has been specifically designed for reptile owners who
want to provide their animals with the best environment they can offer.
This intelligent dimming thermostat will provide the right amount of power
(up to 600 Watts) to ensure your heating equipment can maintain the desired temperature. It
can be programmed to control temperature from
0c to 50c
(32 to 122F).
It does this by monitoring the temperature and if the temperature starts to
fall it simply increases the amount of power supplied to your heating
devices. As the temperature reaches your desired setting it will continue to
provide just enough power to maintain your temperature setting.
This has the huge
advantage of maintaining a stable temperature rather than the varying up and
down cycle of some traditional thermostats.
If that wasn't enough then this fantastic
thermostat has separate day and night
temperature settings. This allows you
to automatically simulate the animals natural environment by reducing the
night time temperature. This can have enormous health benefits to your
animals as this cycle allows them to behave as they would do in their natural
environment.

Another great feature of
this thermostat is the timer socket. Using the internal clock to program the
second socket on the ATC-210 to turn on and off at certain times. This is a
great feature which can allow you to operate lighting times as well. The
timer has 2 separate on and off time settings but can be overlapped to
create just 1 on and off time if preferred.
This stylish and robust
digital thermostat is fully wired with UK plugs and sockets and is ready to
plug in straight away. It has a sensor on a 2 metre long cable which gives
you a lot of flexibility when installing it. The sensor is fully waterproof
and can measure both air or liquid temperatures.
Designed to control heat
lamps and other similar heating equipment up to a total of 600 Watts.
Although the ATC-210 has one socket for heating equipment to be plugged into
you can use extension leads and adaptors as long as the total does not
exceed 600 Watts.
The ATC-210 can also be
used with heat mats but please note that they will still produce a very
slightly warmth. Our tests show that our heat mats will maintain a surface
temperature of approx of 20c.
The Day and Night Time
Settings are controlled with a battery backup internal clock so that the
time can be maintained even during a power cut.
The ATC-210 screen
displays the current temperature reading so that you an check on its
performance. This same screen is also used when setting it up or changing
any of the settings.
For added user
flexibility you can operate the ATC-210 in either Celsius or Fahrenheit.
The main control panel
can be fixed to the wall using the concealed fixing holes on the rear or
hooked over the side of the enclosure using the supplied hook.
