If your looking for an excellent all round digital thermostat with the capability of controlling both heating and cooling circuits at the same time then look no further.

The TC-10 Thermostat is one of the most versatile digital thermostats available. It has been designed with separate heating and cooling outputs (through relays) allowing you the freedom to connect many different types of devices to it. It can be used for many different applications which require accurate and reliable temperature controlling. For example pets, reptiles & spiders, refrigeration / freezers, heating or cooling, greenhouses, propagators hydroponics, etc.

The TC-10 can be supplied with either a sealed water proof plastic temperature probe or a stainless steel probe. Both have a cable length of 2 metres and can take temperature readings from both air or water / liquid. We will always ship with the plastic probe unless you email us directly after purchasing at sales@forttex.com and ask us for the stainless steel one instead.

Depending on the user defined setting it will switch on or off the Heating and Cooling circuits to maintain the desired temperature. The TC-10 is a very simple to operate device with 3 different modes of operation, all of which can be set up to operate in Celsius or Fahrenheit.
It can be set to operate as:

Heating Only


Cooling Only


Heating and Cooling at the same time

This excellent, easy to adjust, digital thermostat will control a wide range of temperatures from -40c to +60c (-40F to 140F) and will display the current temperature on an easy to read display. Simply select the highest and lowest temperatures you wish the unit to control within. Then select how you wish the thermostat to operate, heating, cooling or both together and that is it. Then if you need to change any of the settings its simply a matter of accessing the menu and changing them.

An important feature of this thermostat is its ability to be adjusted in 0.1C or 0.1F steps. This gives you a greater ability to maintain the exact temperature you require.

The unit, with its low energy consumption has the ability to store all your settings so that even after a power cut it will continue to operate as per your original settings. No battery required.

It will operate equipment at 240 Volt with an excellent maximum load capacity of:

Heating Circuit: 10 Amp and 2400 Watt
Cooling Circuit: 16 Amp and 3800 Watt

This TC-10 has been specifically designed by us to meet the highest standard and it is not available through anyone else. It has also been designed to be fitted in an enclosure or mounted on a panel but can be used without this. We supply 2 different packages for this model:

Package 1:	Main Unit, Fixing Brackets, Sensor and full instructions.
Package 2:	As Package 1 but includes a stylish mounting enclosure as per the photographs. The enclosure will assist you when wiring as it will help keep all the cables enclosed with its case.
